2. Product Features :
1) Machine
The machine and nine components are cast from high-grade cast iron FC-30. Manually normalized heat treatment. After natural aging treatment. The components are processed by YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, TOSHIBA, ELB and other world-class equipment. The bed is about 80KG heavy than the domestic model machine, which improves stability.
2) Automatic lubrication system
The guide rails and precision ball screws are continuously lubricated by the imported automatic lubrication system to ensure a longer service life and to maintain optimum accuracy over the long term. The cooling and lubrication system is separate from the body, eliminating vibration and facilitating heat dissipation.
3) Grinding wheel head feed spindle
The grinding feed system consists of a V-flat track with Turcite precision shovel and an automatic lubrication system, precision grinding screw and servo motor. It can achieve smooth motion, excellent repeatability and long track life.
4) Grinding wheel spindle
The grinding wheel spindle adopts ultra-precision grade bearings (P4, ABEC7 grade) and V3 grade low-vibration motor to ensure the grinding finish. Eliminates metal-to-metal contact for near-permanent service life. The grinding wheel spindle has high rigidity and high damping.
5) Worktable
The high-performance worktable moves on the oil film produced by our patented hydrostatic oil film track lubrication system. There is no metal-to-metal collision, and it is extremely resistant to wear and can last for a long time. Continuous operation via a hydrostatic oil film track lubrication system ensures excellent ride and consistent high precision. Table angle indicator for easy cylinder calibration and taper grinding applications.
6) Headstock spindle
The headstock spindle structure adopts high performance design, and the main shaft is composed of high-precision bearings. It provides stepless speed change of spindle speed 0-3600rpm.
7) Patented design lubrication system
Circulating automatic lubrication, when the hydraulic system is started, oil can be supplied to each slide and screw. A reasonable hydraulic circuit design is adopted, and high-quality hydraulic components are selected to reduce temperature rise and smooth commutation.
